Is a pre-registration a commitment to buy?
Pre-registration simply means you will get an email with a special pre-registration coupon code from us at launch. There is no commitment to buy anything and you may still use a free account.
Are there any sales commission fees?
No commission is charged by Phototree. You can use the service to sell photos to clients, the general public or anyone you like without restriction.
Are there any limits on uploads and sales?
You can upload as many photos and sell as many billion yen as you like without restriction. Phototree only restricts the total size uploaded and this can be upgraded at any time.
How does payment work?
You can choose bank transfer or credit card. Our fast and secure payments are powered by Stripe, one of the worlds largest and most reliable credit card processors. Your customers card details are handled securely and go directly to the payment processor without even passing through Phototree.
Is there a contract or cancellation fee?
You don’t need a contract to sell on Phototree. Registration is instant and you can terminate your account at no cost at any time.
